About the book: 2024 / People who survived the global flood and found shelter in the Tower have a chance of salvation. The water level begins to drop, but not everything is so simple, and the heroes face new difficulties. The main character Pavel, having accepted responsibility for the fate of the people inhabiting the Tower and becoming the head of the Council, tries to control the situation, and he succeeds. But while some are trying to save people’s lives, others are solving their own problems: some are driven by cowardice, some are obsessed with a thirst for power, others are haunted by the past. Pavel will again have to face someone who is still standing in the shadows and playing a double game. This is difficult to do alone. But friends come to the rescue.
