About the book: 2015 / The work assesses the level of development of the securities market and derivative financial instruments of countries CIS (Republic of Azerbaijan, Republic of Armenia, Republic of Belarus, Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Russian Federation, Republic of Tajikistan, Republic of Uzbekistan, Republic of Turkmenistan), assessment of the results of the activities of the International Association of Exchanges of the CIS Countries (IAB CIS), EurAsEC, Customs Union, EAEU on the integration of financial markets, the results of the integration of the financial markets of the countries of the European Union were determined from the point of view of the possibility of using this experience to create a single financial market within the EAEU, separate proposals were developed for the harmonization of EAEU legislation in the field of the securities market and derivative financial instruments.
