About the book: year / Mikhail Viktorovich Ardov was born in 1937 in Moscow. He graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of Moscow State University and worked on radio. In 1980 he was ordained in the Yaroslavl diocese. In 1993, he left the Moscow Patriarchate for another jurisdiction. Now he is the rector of the temple in the name of Tsar Martyr Nicholas I, which is at the Golovinsky cemetery in Moscow. Author of several books. His memoirs were published in Novy Mir.
