About the book: 2009 / The book outlines the historical aspects of the development and establishment of relay running in the world, Europe, the USSR and Russia, touches upon issues of analysis of technology and teaching methods for relay running. Experimental data concerning the technology of planning the training process of track and field sprinters specializing in the 4 × 100 and 4 × 400 m relay races have been substantiated and systematized.
