About the book: year / The novel "Conspiracy" by the modern Chinese writer Mai Jia is dedicated to the work of people endowed with special talents and who worked in a special unit of state security agencies in the 30s-60s years of the last century. The three parts of the novel tell about three fundamentally different methods of intelligence work. Easy to read, excitingly interesting, the novel, written with a lot of humor, was well received by readers. “The Conspiracy” was so popular that it was decided to film it, and in 200S a forty-episode film was released on the country’s screens, which was a resounding success and contributed to a new wave of interest in the famous novel, for which in 2008 Mai Jia received the most prestigious award in China Literature - Mao Dun Prize.
