Rosa Lucifero is a charming CIA agent who loves interracial sex and gambling; Alex and Ruslan are brothers who fled to the forbidden hemisphere of their world in search of adventure. Marshal Troshev is assigned to lead Operation Steel Hammer and thereby gain a foothold in the Dug galaxy. Scientists in Great Russia have developed weapons that can radically change the course of hostilities. This is an anti-field that paralyzes modern technology and, first of all, hyperplasma guns. Planetary battles are fought using outdated technologies that are not associated with high energy. This is the Stone Age. But the Russian troops were better prepared for the changed conditions. The Confederates suffer a series of crushing defeats. At the same time, there is a rumor about a certain ultimate weapon belonging to a monstrously ancient civilization. Pyotr Ledyanoy and his partner and Rosa Lucifero set off simultaneously in search of technology. They visit strange, exotic worlds, getting closer and closer to their goal. Peter and Vega's path leads them to a planet controlled by intelligent butterflies. The hemispheres are separated. On the one hand, there is a technological earthly society, a paradise for tourists, on the other, an archaic island world of corsairs, access to which is limited.
