About the book: 2024 / Before you is a book of confession, a book of revelation, capable of replacing fifteen other books. Often the beginning of a work does not reveal it to the end, and the author is not able to conduct a full dialogue. In this work I have collected the best moments of my books and I hasten to share them with you. I tell you what motivated me and what topics worried me throughout 2018–2022 inclusive. Together we will be able to walk from the Russo-Japanese War, to the Greek Revolution and the 1st World War on the side of the Dual Monarchy. Soar through the sky on all Zeppelins and dive under the water while aiming a pneumatic torpedo at the enemy. Participate in boarding a Japanese battleship with Spanish marines and plant shell after shell with Japanese armored cruisers. And at the end of the book I will mention “The History of the History Textbook” and dwell on the topic of how elusive our knowledge about this subject is.
