About the book: 2011 / In 2011 - the 55th anniversary of N. Khrushchev’s report at the XX Congress of the CPSU. This report was dedicated to “exposing the personality cult of “Stalin.” Taking advantage of the fact that I. V. Stalin could no longer say anything in his defense, Khrushchev attributed to him all conceivable and unimaginable crimes. The author of this book is trying to restore historical justice. To do this, he seems to give the floor at the 20th Congress to Stalin himself, who, in a polemic with Khrushchev, gives him a worthy rebuke. Materials for Stalin’s speech are taken from the leader’s original speeches and relate primarily to the “cult of personality”, as well as the nature of the repressions of 1937. The book is supplemented by the poignant journalistic work “The Sin of Judas of the 20th Congress”, prepared by the public council of the Internal Predictor of the USSR.
