MediaDB / «Almanac "Origins". Issue 9" Team of authors, Irina Antonova, Bozhor Natalia: download fb2, read online
About the book: 2016 / The almanac opens with a selection of poems and prose for the seventieth anniversary of the Victory, “Soldier’s Medallion.” This is a tribute to respect and love for the “white cranes” of the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945. In the iconic poem by V. Pustovitovsky “Maryina Roshcha”, the picture of post-war Moscow is captured with broad expressive strokes. The almanac continues the publication of “Family Chronicle” by Kirill Stolyarov - a page of the life of the Moscow merchants, using the example of the famous Konstantinov family. Alexander Serafimov’s action-packed story ends with an unexpected ending. Valeria Shubina presents for the first time the work of a Gulag prisoner, Landau’s student, Georgy Demidov. Irina Egorova-Nerli opens a new section “Tradition and Modernity”; impressions from the exhibition of outstanding artists result in an amazing fusion of graphics and poetry. The voices of Kaluga poets are widely represented on the pages of the almanac. I would especially like to note the bright pacifist orientation of the poetic selection of the debutant “Istokov” Grigory Egorkin from Chelyabinsk.
