About the book: 2022 / This is the first autobiographical book of the Soviet and Russian statesman Alexander Nikolaevich Semikolennykh. The book "The History of the Soviet Engineer from Stalin to Putin" covers the period of A's life N. Semikolennykh from 1945 to 1993. Using specific examples from personal life, it is shown how “social elevators” worked in the USSR, how the production of computer technology developed in the USSR, how relations with the CMEA countries were built in this direction. The author shares with readers his thoughts on the situation in the country, which has been rapidly changing since 1990 year, and using the example of specific events gives his assessment of what happened. Of particular interest is the author’s period of work in the Control Directorate of the President of Russia. But so far this book only describes the initial period. We will wait for the continuation of the autobiographical story.
