About the book: year / In May 2005, on the eve of the 70th anniversary of His Holiness the Dalai Lama , a group of Russian journalists representing such publications as the Itogi magazine, the newspapers New Izvestia and Moskovsky Komsomolets, and the Ekho Moskvy radio station, received a unique opportunity to meet with the spiritual leader of Tibet at his residence in Dharamsala. The meeting was organized by the Center for Tibetan Culture of Information, the press service of the Republic of Kalmykia and the head of the Buddhists of Kalmykia, Telo Tulku Rimpoche.
