About the book: 2005 / The presented work describes the recipes of Menzikan, the main educational and medical institution of the Tibetan government in exile, as well as the best recipes from the Buryat and Mongolian traditions. At the end of the book there is an index of diseases, in which the author tried to select recipes for the treatment of common diseases in accordance with the Tibetan and Western systems of nosological classification. The book is addressed to Tibetologists in Russia and neighboring countries.
