About the book: 2012 / Vladimir Shigin’s new novel is dedicated to the Russian-Turkish War of 1787–1791, during which naval victories were won at Ochakov, Fidonisi, Kerch, Kaliakria, and Russia finally gained dominance in the Black Sea.
