About the book: 2023 / The fiction book of Kazan journalist Lyudmila Kolesnikova consists of two parts. The first is an autobiographical story about the author’s unique grandmother and her difficult childhood in a suburban village near the city of Tambov. The second contains stories with happy endings on a variety of everyday topics, “The Night Surgeon.” The plots are all different, the ending is always optimistic.
