    About the book: 2015 / Gush Katif (Hebrew גוש קטיף‎, “harvest block”) is a block of Jewish settlements in the south of the Gaza Strip, which was liquidated in August 2005. As part of the “unilateral disengagement” plan, Israel began evacuating Jewish settlers and troops from the Gaza Strip. Settlements were evacuated and destroyed. In the following months, the territory was transferred to the Palestinian Authority.
