About the book: 2021 / The monograph presents an understanding of the cultural foundations of hybrid warfare based on the civilizational approach. The work is devoted to the analysis of significant cultural processes in the zone of civilizational conflict between Russian and European civilizations using the example of Russia, Ukraine and Donbass. The role of Russia as a source of civilizational paradigm for different nations is highlighted. It is shown that Ukraine and Donbass, cultural spaces belonging to Russian civilization, are located in the frontier zone. The strategies of each region in a civilizational conflict are considered. The research materials can be used to create an information strategy for covering cultural conflicts, analyze the actions of the opposing sides and their methods, examine the information and cultural activities of various subjects of the information space of Russia and the world, as well as to determine and predict cultural threats arising in intercultural communication, and for cultural examination of objects of cultural memory, which are crucial for the transmission of culture and the preservation of cultural archetypes of society.
