About the book: 2003 / The first volume of the first posthumous most complete Collected Works, published in the writer’s homeland, includes works by the classic of Russian literature of the 20th century Evgeny Ivanovich Zamyatin ( 1884–1937), created by him during the first fifteen years of his creative work. Along with well-known novels and short stories (“District”, “In the middle of nowhere”, “Islanders”), the volume includes works that have not previously been published in their homeland (“Poludennitsa”, “Columbus”, etc.).
