About the book: 1963 / The name of journalist Anatoly Nikolaevich Porokhnyakov is familiar to readers of the Chelyabinsk region. His essays and stories are frequent guests on the pages of the newspaper “Chelyabinsky Rabochiy”, where he headed the agricultural department for many years. In 1958, the Chelyabinsk book publishing house published his collection of essays “People of the Conquered Steppe”, and in 1961 - a separate brochure of the essay “Boss” land."
