About the book: 1960 / Evgeny Ivanovich Osetrov was born in 1923. Studied at the Moscow Literary Institute named after. M. Gorky and the Academy of Social Sciences under the CPSU Central Committee. He was a participant in the Great Patriotic War. For over eleven years he worked in the editorial office of the Vladimir regional newspaper “Prizyv”.
