About the book: 2016 / Perestroika, and then the liberal reforms of the 1990s. led to the destruction of many areas of the national economy in which the Soviet Union was in a leading position. The book describes the process of creating in the USSR, and then purposefully destroying the Soviet system of service dog breeding. The book contains documents published for the first time that shed light on who was behind this operation and who now controls Russian dog breeding. The author gives descriptions of the working qualities of service dogs and shows how their presence and severity can be influenced during breeding. The basic principles of designing effective and ineffective dog breeding systems are considered. The book analyzes all the bills on dog breeding in the new Russia. It is shown that all of them contain provisions that completely kill service dog breeding in Russia.
