About the book: 1992 / I put pen to paper in a troubled time for Russia in order to understand myself and be useful to the Fatherland. Now these are not lofty words, but a real necessity, an obligation not only of a politician, but of every citizen who is still not indifferent to the fate of our Motherland. It is from this position that it is useful to understand everything that is happening in Russia, in its government, in public services, among politicians - in a word, in everything that I have seen and experienced in recent years. The newly-minted fighters for the interests of the “civilized West” who have seized power over Russia use old methods that were proven back in the twenties - to declare this or that employee “former” and create a certain “public” opinion. And here neither experience, nor business qualities, nor the desire to be useful come into account. But now the apparatus fighters, striving for a monopoly on the expression of the opinion of the Russian people, a monopoly on power, have gone so far in their experiments on the Russian nation that I am simply forced to tell you why I actually left the first democratic government.
