About the book: 2013 / The Worlds Saving Service (SSM) Control Center receives messages that communication has been lost with New Artek, an interplanetary children's resort. Children vacationing on New Artek refuse to communicate with other planets. The Control Center decides to send three guys to New Artek - cadets of the Academy of Young Rescuers Matvey Kurochkin and Nikolai Sidorenko, as well as Jessica Lowe from the Secondary School of Psychology. The guys’ task is to establish what happened on Novy Artek and try to correct the situation. At their disposal they receive the superluminal rescue boat "Bystrokhod-12" and the latest model of DRIP - a landing robot-planet explorer. On the way to New Artek and on the planet itself, a group of young rescuers have to deal with many unforeseen situations, to get out of which they have to use only knowledge, but also ingenuity, mutual assistance and strong character. In the end, thanks to the friendly trio, the mystery of New Artek will be solved, and the guys will receive well-deserved rewards for... saving humanity.
