About the book: 2023 / 15 years of poetry therapy is a story about how a person can cope with depression through creativity. Poetry is a play with symbols: twelve poems, twelve ways in the title, and the title poem itself at the end, because you need to dig from the surface to the roots. Poems written at 18 and 33, but more than 15 years of exposure do not reduce their relevance. Pain, powerlessness, shame, hatred, but also hope, experiencing moments of happiness, tenderness, reverent love for the world - everything has a place in a living soul. The book is dedicated to my dear friend Ksenia Anatolyevna. Psychotherapy is my profession. Poetry therapy is my life.
