About the book: 1985 / The heroes of the story by the writer Azad Avlikulov live an intense life, and although the characters are very diverse, they are united by something common - the desire to understand themselves, of his contemporaries....In the Uzbek state farm "Chinar" a district police officer and police captain Khalikov died tragically - he fell from a cliff into the abyss. His death was ruled an accident. A new district commissioner, Lieutenant Akramov, is appointed to the state farm, and the management gives him a separate assignment: to once again study the circumstances of the death of Captain Khalikov. For this story, the author was awarded a diploma from the All-Union Literary Competition of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR, the Union of Writers of the USSR and the State Committee for Publishing of the USSR, dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the Soviet police.
